Gettysburg Remembrance Parade and Tour

The Battle of Gettysburg was a turning point in the Civil War, the Union victory that ended General Robert E. Lee’s second and most ambitious invasion of the North. Join the African American Civil War Museum as we travel to Gettysburg for the annual Gettysburg Remembrance Day Parade to honor the soldiers and civilians of the American Civil War in this event held in conjunction with the anniversary of the Gettysburg Address.

Tickets are $40 per person. Access to the Gettysburg Museum and Cyclorama are extra and not included in your bus fair. To purchase your ticket please follow the link below.


*Meet at 7:45 a.m. at the African American Civil War Museum 1925 Vermont Ave, NW Washington, DC 20001
Limited parking is available, metro is encouraged
*Bus departs at 8:00 a.m. in front of the Museum
*Bus will be stopping at the Gettysburg Visitors Center and Museum ticket cost is not included in bus fair
*Bring your own lunch. Water and snacks available on the bus.
*Arrive back at African American Civil War Museum by 8:00pm
